Aurturist General Conditions
The prices are per apartment and night or week with an occupancy of two persons. For additional persons the daily price will be calculated based on the age. Please note that the local tourist tax per person and night (from 14 years) is not included in the price. This amount will be quoted and invoiced separately.
Arrival: possible from 15.00 o'clock.
The payment as well as the handing over of the keys takes place on the day of arrival in our office in San Candido, P. P. Rainer Street 21/a. You can pay with cash, credit card (VISA, MasterCard) and EC card. Please keep all keys you receive at check-in in a safe place. In the event of loss or non-return, we will be forced to replace the lock and charge you for the cost.
A deposit of 150,00 € per apartment will be blocked on your credit card at the Aurturist office when the keys are handed over. The deposit of € 150,00, which we have blocked on your credit card at check-in, will be refunded after departure if the apartment is left without garbage and with a cleaned kitchen (we check the apartment during the final cleaning). If damage is found or if garbage is left in the apartment, we will have to retain the deposit and charge you for the additional damage. Please leave the kitchen tidy when you leave by putting the clean utensils in the cupboards and do not leave any rubbish in the apartment. Otherwise the amount of 10,00 € will be deducted from the deposit to refund the disposal costs. For reasons of sustainability, a large part of the public waste bins has been removed. The municipalities of the Pustertal Valley require all occupants to dispose of their waste separately in the recycling yard. We can take care of the disposal for you at the price of 10,00 € per trip. Departure: departure from the apartment by 10.00 a.m. (extension possible in exchange for a fee).
In the apartments, the electricity supplier provides a limited number of kilowatts. We therefore recommend that you do not use two power-intensive appliances at the same time (e.g: plate + oven; hairdryer + washing machine, electric kettle + dishwasher) as this may result in power outages.
The obligatory final cleaning is listed separately and amounts to € 60.00 for one two-room apartments and € 70.00 / €100.00 for multi-room apartments.
You can leave the keys to the apartment in the metal box outside of the offices (Aurimmobil/Aurturist) in the appropriate locations (Sesto, San Candido, Dobbiaco, Valdaora) on departure. It is compulsory to indicate where the key will be left (+39 0474 916 118).
All packages can only be booked on the dates indicated and only one price advantage per booking can be claimed. The weekly packages are valid for 7 days and can normally be booked from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
All apartments managed by Aurturist are non-smoking apartments.
Dogs: Aurturist manages apartments where pets are allowed. The presence of animals must be communicated at the time of the reservation/request. The surcharge per animal and day is 7,00 €. The pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by the pet.
Cancellation: a free cancellation of your booking is possible in writing up to 30 days before arrival (the deposit will not be refunded).
For written cancellations on the following days, the following cancellation fees apply:
- 29-15 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount booked;
- 14-8 days before arrival : 50% of the total amount booked;
- from 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount booked,
- in case of early departure or late arrival: 80% of the agreed price per day.
